Summit of Peace is a church where families experience a deep relationship with Jesus and each other and share His love with family, friends, and neighbors.

We believe this is a sacred meal whereby Jesus Christ offers His true body and blood in and with the bread and wine. Christ invites us to join Him at His family table to receive forgiveness for our sins and the strengthening of our faith. If you are a baptized Christian and you share this belief of the true presence in the bread and wine, we welcome you to the Lord’s Table.
Before taking the Lord’s Supper by considering these questions:
“So, being affectionately desirous of you, we were ready to share with 01 you not only the gospel of God but also our own selves, because you had become very dear to us.” (1 Thess. 2:8)
“We will not hide them from their descendants; we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord, his power, and the wonders he has done… so the next generation would know them, even the children yet to be born, and they in turn would tell their children.” (Psalm 78:4, 6)
“Then he (Jesus) opened their minds so they could understand the Scriptures.” (Luke 24:45)
“And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God.” (Revelation 21:3)
“For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him.” (John 3:17)
That the Holy Scriptures are the true, inspired, and authoritative Word of God.
That God is a Triune God who is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
That humans are born sinful and in need of God's forgiveness, love, and grace.
That our sins are forgiven through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, both true God & true man.
That God's Word, Holy Baptism, and the Lord's Supper are ways that God brings His forgiveness and grace into our lives.
That eternal life is a free gift from God by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.
That Jesus Christ will one day return as victorious Lord of all.
We celebrate the Lord’s Supper regularly as a gift of grace. In Communion, we believe that Jesus is truly present—in, with, and under the bread and wine—for the forgiveness of sins.
Everyone is welcome at Summit of Peace.
